Think of one of those art workshops that features fantastic artist who show you how to do cool stuff and charge you a ton of money . . . now, forget the money part. At the second Show and Tell from 2-4 at the Studio tomorrow, you’ll get to see some amazing demos and tips from artists who are sharing with all of us just ’cause they love it! If you need further encouragement, here’s a video from the first S&T last month.

At that last Show and Tell, I learned so much about Citra-solv papers from Bonnie and Rosemary that it inspired me to try some new collage techniques. You can see the results in these pics – I love this altered paper. Bonnie will be back tomorrow, and so will Michelle Belto, Sherry Christensen (detail of her beautiful work in photo on left) and other super-creative people to show us lots of new ideas. And even I will demo – I’ll show you the simple transfer process that we did in the last workshop. It involves nothing more than wax paper and an inkjet printer. Honest!

The ventilation of the kitchen should be so ample as to thoroughly remove all gases and odors, which, together with steam from boiling and other cooking processes, usually occupy and render
to some degree unhealthful every other portion of the house.
Consider frying in peanut oil, canola oil or other oils that are low
in the bad fat. With it, I just insert the probe, program the device to the temperature that I want,
and continue on with whatever I have going on elsewhere.

I think that everything published was actually very logical.
However, what about this? suppose you wrote a
catchier title? I am not suggesting your content is not solid, but suppose you added a
post title that grabbed folk’s attention? I mean Show and
Tell is back . . .yay! | SHARDS: fragments and reflections is kinda vanilla.
You should peek at Yahoo’s front page and watch how they create news headlines to grab viewers to open the links.
You might add a video or a picture or two to get people excited about everything’ve got to say.
In my opinion, it could make your blog a little livelier.
